$1,500/mo + 10%By submitting, the seller confirms authority to sell the domain and agrees that no listing goes live until Names.com approval and paid invoice activation. The seller agrees that all buyer leads, offers, counters and negotiations route through Names.com. Names.com receives a 10% brokerage fee on a successful sale, and upon accepted terms Names.com will open or coordinate the escrow transaction between buyer and seller.
